Since we are talking about summer and healthy drinks, I figured I would talk about my weight loss challenge and my goal to try to get a hot bod! Well, at least some version of one.... lol! I just had my third baby in February, and as a lot of moms know... your body does not look the same, especially the more kids you have! And it doesn't matter if you do lose the weight because it still isn't the same... your boobs sag, your belly sags.... everything seems to sag! I love my children unconditionally, but really... nobody wants pancake boobies. I actually started out this pregnancy close to the best shape of my life thanks to Title Boxing Club. I loved it! It took me a couple years to lose a lot of the weight from my second kid. Now if I could just get my butt in gear and get back to Title, things would be good. I went back and it was so hard and heartbreaking to realize that all my muscle, flexibility, and strength were all gone. Not to mention, it is very hard to have beautiful friends who have incredible bodies, especially in the summer time! My friend, Jessica recently got me started on Advocare products and I feel so great! After I stopped nursing, some of my friends and I did the 24 day challenge, and I have already lost most of my baby weight (well, from this kid anyway.. still have extra weight from the other two to lose). Thanks to the energy drink, Spark, I have quit drinking Dr. Pepper other than the occasional one just for pleasure. I was skeptical at first putting anything in my body, especially since I had never even tried an energy drink of any kind, but after talking to my doctor, and getting the ingredients checked out, I gave in and I love it! If anyone is interested, check out my website at www.advocare.com/13046313. It is one of those things that I want to share my excitement, but not be one of those annoying people trying to push a product down your throat. So now, if I can just keep running and going to Title Boxing then I think I would be happy with myself!
It is very hard for anyone to post pictures of their insecurities, especially being only five feet tall and gaining forty pounds with just one pregnancy. I am going to do it anyway. I am excited about my progress! Sorry about the horrible quality of pictures.
The start of this post made me giggle. You are funny, saggy everything, I hear ya! You are doing great, you go girl, good work!
